Organized by the Government of India, Staff Selection Commission mainly conducts recruitment’s under the Government of India. It recruits people in some vital positions under the government where they need to carry some important administrative duties of our country. These jobs under the Indian Government are highly responsible jobs for which one needs to be very attentive and accurate.
There are many people of younger generation who seek some high position government jobs as their career goals. That is why they aspire to appear in SSC examinations, which is one of the most genuine options to secure a government job. But SSC examination has some limitations as well. It is not applicable for all the government jobs in India. It only conducts an examination for the recruitment of Level B, C and D government officers. These positions, which are under the SSC recruitment procedure, are the subordinates of IPS/ICS and IFS officers.
How the recruitment is done?
All the recruitment’s are mainly done on the basis of competitive examinations. SSC conducts various competitive examinations throughout the year. Now an aspiring candidate can sit for an examination which is applicable for them only. This can be found out by their educational qualification. Sitting for the written examination is the first step of a long process. If someone clears the written examination successfully, then he/ she have to sit for an interview, which is conducted by the higher officials of the post for which the candidate has applied for. If they are able to clear the interview, then only they get selected for the post, which is offered by the Government of India.
What should be the primary concern?
Taking a thorough preparation is the primary concern for an aspiring candidate who wants to sit for the SSC competitive examination. Taking a preparation is mandatory because the written examination is not a cake walk. One must undergo a rigorous process of training and practicing before sitting for the examination. Otherwise, it is very difficult to qualify the first step. In order to take a proper preparation, one needs a proper coaching institute. This is because a student always needs a proper guide and a teacher who can hold their hand and show them the right direction to success.
How to choose you guide?
The aspiring candidates who are looking for SSC training institutes in Delhi must keep in mind the following things before choosing a proper guide and selecting them.
- The coaching institute must provide all the study materials to the students both in English and Hindi.
- There should be enough Mock Tests and Doubt clearing sessions for the students before they appear in the final examination.
- The coaching institute must provide training for at least 3 months if not more.
- There should be full assistance from the teachers and the mentors and one should give extra time and attentiveness to a weak student.
A coaching center can provide a helping hand, but it is entirely on the student’s hard work and dedication that their success depends.
